Refunded for purchase. Item packaging was opened when arrived, mirror scratched up, and packaging did not save it from getting damaged in multiple places - chipped off owl wing, cracked through Gryffindor symbol and through frame and Harry's neck cracked through and through frame. Still giving a positive rate as I was refunded. But 1 star for new in packing as it was opened somehow and damaged most likely through shipping.
