While one arrived undamaged the other Arrived broken though I don’t blame the seller for this it’s more likely because the mail carrier thinks packages in boxes are invincible as item was carful packaged and was well maintained and in shrink wrap as advertised oh well you win some you lose some besides at least one of the tapes I can watch if you ask me the positive outweighs the negative it happens that is just the risk that you take when ordering a vhs tape

  • The WWI invasion of Turkey

Absolutely outstanding long film about the invasion of Turkey in WWI. Gallipoli was a major battle for Australian - New Zealand (ANZACs) and is still remembered in those countries. Excellent special effects! The acting is very good (but I usually like Mel Gibson in anything) although it is somewhat unusual by today's standards. Quite exciting and based on facts - worth seeing! This issue (1998) is in a NTSC VHS format. Please note that this film is reviewed with no knowledge as to the seller.

  • Military History w/ Turkish Forces

Because we did not get taught this in History class in schools.I am amazed at the History overseas that was never mention in our school books. I am working on History of Turkey. This was one way to look at it. ~Operations against the Dardanelles began on February 19, 1915, with British ships under Admiral Sir Sackville Carden bombarding Turkish defenses with little effect.~
