    Came in an Amazon box. Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."

    Dynamat is the real deal

    I've used this on several cars and noticed dramatic improvement immediately. Everyone who gets in my car remarks on how quiet it is, and how good the stereo sounds. In the interest of increasing reportable mileage auto manufacturers have stopped installing sound deadening of any kind in cars, making us all have to live with an often unacceptable level of road noise. Dynamat makes me want to drive again. Thanks!

    Didn't last a day

    Although was used when purchased it turned out to be pretty useless as it was small and wasn't up to doing it's job. I should of asked for dimensions which would of warned me that it was small and not up to doing what it was suppose to do. After one day the regular speed button stopped working and when on "Turbo" it was loud. Not recommended

    Best sound insulation on the market

    There’s a reason that Dynamat is the premier name for vehicle sound deadening material. Cost is generally a little more than some of the others, but the quality is by far better than any. It’s thick and made of good quality material. It’s not always the easiest thing to work with, but the results are absolutely fantastic. If you want to keep out unwanted noise and make your car audio sound even better, Dynamat is 100% the way to go. It’s amazing how just one pack of it makes such a big difference! After years of experience with it, I can wholeheartedly recommend it as what I use for my vehicles. This picture is the back of my son‘s Silverado. (The area we left uncovered is where the amp rack mounts). Turned out pretty freaking amazing! Even with all the interior out, there’s no echo. ...

    Amazing!!!

    With adhesive backing install is a breeze. I used this on the rear half doors of a chevy 2500 hd. Still have almost enough left to do one of my front doors. Not only do I hear less engine and road noise, but i noticed the woofer cones of my Infinity Kappa 4X6 installed in rear doors have a much more defined mid range punch. I effectively used dynamat to creat a sealed box for my door speakers. The best part: you dont have to be a rocket surgeon to install.

    Pricey - But hopefully worth the long term benefit

    I placed this product inside the door of the 1959 Apache Pickup I am restoring. I had to cut out the rusted inner door bottoms and replace them with patch panels . It was a perfect time to try to deaden 58 year old sound technology. The product adhered better then I expected. The only trick is to be sure the release liner is removed evenly and only peel back a couple inches when you start. It went down very easily and seems to be so permanent that I am going to get more for inside the floor of the cab.
