The books were in excellent condition, but I would have preferred paperbacks. Since the seller didn't specify either way, it's my fault for assuming that what I saw in the picture, which shows mostly paperbacks, would be what I'd receive. Also, I don't think I'll take a chance again on a random assortment. There were few that I was interested in which, again, is 100% my fault for taking the risk that at least a few of the subjects would interest me. Maybe I'll learn something new.
