I messaged them after the first week, and then multiple times after that, and they ignored every single message. I had to open a case, and even then, the seller lied saying "i'll refund you", but they never did. I had to escalate the case to eBay to get my refund. Do not buy from this seller, they do not care about their customers at all! They tried to keep my money and scam me.
