Laptop arrived as described. It was well packaged for shipping. It had a slight scent of a perfume (or perhaps cleaning agent, not sure), but not offensive. Laptop works as advertised, a few scratches, cosmetic imperfections. Screen looks decent, but there are a few weird keyboard "imprints" from screen resting on keyboard. Hinges make a "sticky" clicking sound when you flip the screen (Lenovo has history with hinges). Used item, so some quirks are to be expected. Overall OK for the price.
