Package was not shipped as stated on listing. Seller did not notify me of the change. Evidently the package was not measured/weighed before it was listed. I personally do not order items that have UPS shipping for my own reasons. Thus it was disappointing to discover that it was not shipped as I believed as it was listed. Please take in consideration the buyer and at least notify them if a different shipping measure is to happen. We may approve or request a refund
