Irresponsible and unreliable seller. They shipped a very heavy and unprotected item containing precious collectible silver ingots WITHOUT a box! They just wrapped it in paper and stuck a shipping label on it -- even though I asked them several times to package SECURELY the heavy antique set with a fragile wooden frame and delicate silver ingots. Result: broken wooden frame and scratched sterling silver ingots reduced to scrap metal. You decide if you still want to deal with these people.
