Item is new as described however it was not clear as to the exact size of the clock face. It's very small at 4" (see pic). Item is poorly constructed (see pics). Item is unique enough and I will use it above my train layout. Seller communication was good and quick when no instructions were supplied. I might buy from this seller again however I would not buy this particular product again nor reccomend it to anyone. Postal service managed to destroy another package delivered to me. Thank you
