Listed an item as brand new and in fact it was an opened package with half of its contents missing which was actually visible in one of their listing photos but unnoticeable until the packaging was in hand. Attempted contact multiple times over a week without any response and then once the return request was initiated through eBay..It took a month for me to get refunded and only after eBay stepped in.
