Works better than Rx pain medicine. I've suffered from hip and knee pain for years. This truly helps to lubricate and cushion the joint and reduce or alleviate the pain. My knees are moving smoothly again, without the stiffness. I've even been able to start exercising for the first time in years. Don't expect a miracle after a few doses, have realistic expectations. I use it along with high quality MSM, turmeric, black seed oil and omega 3. I know I don't ever want to go without it. Works for me
I first tried Baxyl from my local health food store. I was looking for something to ease the arthritic pain in my lower back and knee. This actually is working for me.
