During shipment the box was busted and instead of reaching back to B&B they just put the remaining undamaged containers in a new box and sent on. That's fine, but I only received half my order. Contacted B&B and realized what the problem was. B&B asked me to send some pictures of the package, they made right instantly. Great honest company!!!!
