A great value in Alpine with some limitations. Great for Apple users
Good stuff 1) Typical (excellent) Alpine quality 2) Included SiriusXM tuner is a huge bonus and works great 3) Beautiful appearance and HAS A KNOB unlike nearly every other radio on the market 4) Excellent AM reception, a rarity in aftermarket radios. Complaints: 1) USB is iPod and iPhone Compatible only. That's fine, but you can't even use the port to charge a non-Apple device. That's a software problem. The port is there and will deliver power and charge an iPhone. Why did they lock it out? Unacceptable. 2) No rear input ports other than radio harness and SiriusXM tuner ports, limits input to front-only. 3) Remote control not included. 4) No Bluetooth connectivity Overall: For the money, I can't complain. The lack of USB charging ability for anything other than iPhone is ...
