They advertised two only sent one which was very badly packed so damaged In Transit offered 20% discount for damage one and to send the missing one which is still still outstanding. They offered refund but not to the value . Still chasing for an update

The item on the picture is not the same as the item they sent me.
I bought 2 packets and one used but then realised is not the same.
As I used decide to keep the one but other one to return. They offer 15% refunds for something is not correct. Ending up open a case to return one that is unpacked , but it seems there is not response for a while.
EBay will step in and hopefully will help.
