THE perfect accessory and protection for your BOSS gear.

This is the perfect multi-purpose BOSS back for any of their floor or table-top multi-processors. I originally purchased one for my BOSS GT-8 and was so impressed by the quality and exceptional value I purchased two others; one for my BOSS RC-50 Loop Station and the other for my Roland GR-20 Guitar Synth. Now all my BOSS/Roland pedals travel in style, are wonderfully protected, and have all the required accessories at my fingertips. No more digging through a bag to find the right cords for three different units. BOSS definitely got it right with this accessory. Highly recommend!

  • Boss Awesomeness!

Simple but effective! Like the word play? Anyway, this is a very simple to use Multi-FX unit and it has some wonderful tones! I had this one up and running in no time and was tweaking knobs like a pro! I feel this is a great unit although discontinued by BOSS I feel it sounds better and is easier to operate than the newer GT-8 & GT10. There is a ton of features, easy to get a great tone and it's a BOSS! It looks and sounds great with a simple interface via knobs and not menus so it shouldn't be intimidating to someone new to Multi-FX units! Reading the manual is a must for beginners but anyone with a modest amount of Multi-FX experience will be rocking this thing in no time!

  • Balls to the wall awesomesauce!

I owned this many years ago when it was first released (I recently re-purchased it on ebay). It does have quite a learning curve, but has anything you could ever want as far as versatility. There are some Youtube videos you can check out for certain things, they can help. Read the manual! There is some interesting software you can purchase if you wish to connect your GT-6 via MIDI, and it makes it visually easier to edit/save/create patches. One is made by Partheus (called the GT editor, free to try, 35$ to buy), the other is called the GT-6 Fx Floordboard (not sure if that costs money). I decided to buy an extra Expression Pedal (I went for the EV-5) so I could have more fun with the extra effects/assignable features. I thought the amp modeling was a neat addition to the GT series. Some ...

  • Great machine after you are familiar with it's workings.

This is my first use of such a system. There is no doubt you have to read the manual and it takes a little time. Once you have a grasp of the effects, you can start to enjoy your own input. It has made a huge difference in my playing. For it's size it's a giant. Thank you.

  • Multiple usable effects in one great floor unit. Takes some time to dial in

The Gt-6 was my first MFX board. It is all digital unlike the gt-5 an.d gt-3 that have analog distortions. I prefer the gt-6. I like the sound of COSM and the way this board is set up. You are able to place any effect anywhere in the signal chain. It does not allow you to play two amps at the same time like the gt-8, but that is a feature I do not need. Have an old computer lying around? Put it to use and back up your patches via midi cable and the sound cards game port. BTW, The lead guitarist of Journey is said to be using this unit. If it is good enough for him, it is good enough for me. Built like a tank and takes up less space than a collection of stomp boxes and no cabling. Great for gigging. GET ONE! You won't be disappointed.
