I didn’t want to leave neural fb because it affects the sellers score I think but it is ‘NEUTRAL’
They needed to cancel our transaction due to the jeans having damage to them they were unaware of prior to packaging. A bit disappointed but it happens and I was contacted and refunded immediately so…that’s a plus…good customer service.
