Amazing robot vac
We replaced our 7 year old Roomba with the WYZE . The Roomba would room around the room missing areas and bumping into all the furniture. The WYZE required 2.4 GHz which was a huge problem for me setting up-Son in laws figured out how to split our 5 GHz so that I could operate the Vacuum with my cell phone. The WYZE will operate without the app but with the app, you can set up what days /time and rooms you want cleaned. Setting up the schedule was very easy. WYZE spend about 12 min mapping out our main level floor plan- we can also have it map out our lower level. Love how it does not bump into the furniture. and glides easily over heat ducts without getting stuck (Roomba was always getting stuck). This is my third robot vacuum. First I owned a Shark robot vac, and I really loved it, but it broke and was more expensive to repair than to replace. It was a much better cleaner than the early model of Roomba that was used at my work, and it was more intelligent. We loved that the Shark connected to Alexa, was low profile (fit under my couch), and was smart (decent at navigating and had floor strips for creating no-go zones. Next I got a Bob sweep because the reviews were good. I suppose if I had a large empty room, Bob would have been great; the dust bin was larger than the Shark, but it was too tall and too stupid to really clean my house. It came with a remote control which was helpful at times, but it was constantly getting into situations it couldn't get out of. I was ... This is my third robot vacuum. I didn't even realize when I bought it that it has a cleanable air filter and the ability to pick up wet spots. But that's not even the best part; this vacuum is so reliable and smart. It is so smart. I can see on my app exactly where it has been; I can set a no-go zone so that it doesn't suck up the dog's pee pads; it transitions seamlessly between carpet and tile; it is the perfect size and never gets stuck under something. I am so happy. When it encounters moving obstacles like me or my dogs, it will go back later to finish the job. Did I mention that I'm so happy? Another amazing product from Wyze. The lidar technology is amazing. I seriously love everything this company creates.

The Wyze Robot Vacuum does a really good job of cleaning. Setup was not diffcult and so far it has preformed actually better than I expected. Once I quick mapped my rooms and set up some No Go areas I just select what I want it do and off it goes. When it finishes I Pause it, empty the dust bin and then goes back to recharge. I do wish it was able to do just a spot cleaning. Hopefully Wyze can include that in a future firmware update.The Wyze Robot Vacuum does a really good job of cleaning. Easy to set up.
The vacuum is much more powerful than expected. It climbs over thick rugs and doesn't miss anything. Especially good with keeping pet hair off the floor. We use it on wood floors with various size area rugs with no problems. This vacuum seems to be well engineered and built. We're very pleased with it and the software team.
