Only one printer was not in its original box. The Neptune's are heavy so it got dinged up and the LCD screen smashed. Even not out of the box ready, the repairs are straight forward. Others were in great shape. Neptune 4s, after a simple firmware update, are fantastic. Buying "used for parts" is dangerous, I just ordered another printer from NV Liquidators. Don't tell my wife.

Like I said I got the pro max but it came with the Neptune 4 PLUS on it. Again, no big deal Flashing the Board Is not hard at all. very pleased with the machine and would buy again. just some kinks to work out.

I chose the Neptune 4 Plus and it arrived in good shape and with all the parts I needed. It was used, but otherwise fine.
