The seller was good. Had no interaction. But the shipping box was torn in places. For the high shipping cost of around $54, the box should have arrived intact. There were 2 bulbs broken off. There was one missing but I knew that. The sockets in the bow are black indicating the bulbs were too hot. The sockets are wobbly.
