The puddy wasn't any good. I contacted the seller to ask for more puddyand they wanted to have a back and forth tug a war. One puddy was god the other seem like it had been sitting way too long and was very sticky. They declined to send me more puddy nor did they return my funds. I will never purchase here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so either. Bad Business! If I could give zero start, I most definitely would.

Dear customer,
We sell that putty for more then a year and never had issues with it. It is base and catalyst so they don't activate until is mixed. We sold so many after yours and never heard a complain from a customer. I am sorry that yours didn't work the way you expected but could be a lots of factors that may change the quality of the product. For example if you previously used a lotion on your hands. We highly recommended to use gloves. Once they are mixed together to consistency is good.

Agreement reached. Customer accepted partial refund and kept the machine. Coffee maker was working with no issues before was sold. Customer had it for 3 weeks of use and then wanted to return.
