Genuine Shimano Resin Disc Brake Pads
You have to change the disc brake pads every so often. When it stop working, clean the pads and the rotor with isopropyl alcohol and see if you can revive the braking power. If it doesn't work, most likely the pads are contaminated (the main culprit maybe the brake fluid) and it is time to replace the pads even if the pads still have plenty of thickness left. The price are low enough that it's better sticking with the genuine Shimano brand. I like Resin pads because it's quiet.You have to change the disc brake pads every so often.
