      Great spindles!

      Spindles are great! They work fantastic and were easy to install. Everything performed well. The only issue with the products was the belt. On my 4th time mowing after the entire product installation, the belt shredded and came off. I've never had that happen on the 4th use of a new belt. Luckily I kept my old belt for backup. The old belt has been on the mower for over 3 YEARS prior to the new one that shredded on the 4th use. I'm very disappointed on the belt that came with the Spindles! Complete junk! This purchase was great overall. Just be sure that you purchase an additional belt of different brand than what comes with this package. You can tell the poor quality of the belt that came in this package compared to my over 3yr old one. My old was was a bit thicker, sturdier, and still in ...

      Genuine equipment always best

      When installing blades make sure same distance from bottom of blade to ground not from bottom of blade to bottom of deck if seeking a level cut. Terrific mulching blades.

      Worth a try

      Spindles came with grease zerks for some reason; no real use as bearings are double sealed. The mounting bolts appear to be Grade 2 and are not flanged. You will want to invest in some Grade 5 or stainless, and some washers for more deck support. Be sure to use some anti-seize compound if you expect to get them out again. Overall, kit seems very thorough, but could be improved with inclusion of idler pulleys.
