the sheath came way too tight. two hands to take it out, and I'm pulling hard. just going to modify it myself and make it work but definitely is not a perfect fit like the seller claims and I'm not the first to leave similar feedback.

Retention is subjective. Some people find it too tight, too loose, but most find it just right. Kydex sheaths are retention style &you want to make sure the knife doesn't fall out. I use a jig with preset eyelet position to replicate exact retention every time. Everyone that buys a sheath will get the exact retention. This sheath is very successful over the years. It's impossible to predict what amount of retention that every customer wants but 99% are satisfied & "2 hands" is a bit exaggerated.
