Seller sent item promptly but it did not function. Ad was specific about no returns but I took a shot at a return anyway. Seller denied the return which was expected but also became irate and accused me of trying to return an item that he didn't send. All he had to do was deny the return and I would have dealt with the loss but he instead lied about the item he sent and continues to do so.

actually buyer never contacted me before starting a return. at that point he claimed i sent him a bad item which was tested and working. then claimed heis bad one was the opne i sent. ebay decided the outcome of this and clearly they sided with me. this feedback should be removed
