    Titan Tankless Hot Water Heater

    This specific brand new hot water heater is defective! The heating element will not turn off when you turn the hot water faucet off. Heating element remains on until the hot water heater shorts out and the unit then requires resetting.

    Titan makes a very unreliable lemon of a product.

    You may get a year out of these and then they die. I bought 2 , so I can send one back to Miami (Titan) for repair when it would break down as it would every few months. I finally went back to a regular 50 gallon tank heater with NO issues and not that much difference in electric bill at all.
