Im shocked the initial pictures showed some rust on the bag and he bought it knowing that. Yet when he asked for a refund we gave that to him no questions asked. I see from his ebay account that he has never sold anything before and so he doesnt realize how damaging a negative is on someone's account. We work extremely hard to keep negatives off.
