Excellent seller. When she was packaging the book for shipping, she noticed the back cover had some damage which was not in the item description. She sent me a refund right away and it posted in my account that evening. She said she is still sending me the book. It is out for delivery today. I would give this seller 10 stars if I could.

Great eBayer! The package was significantly delayed due to what appeared to be some issues with Usps logistics. The customer service D showed by tracking the package and keeping in contact through the various issues was over and above what I would have expected. Because of the significant delay, which was out of her control, she offered a refund. The package finally arrived, packaged well and  as described. Wonderful seller, and highly recommend!
