Arrived a day early on a Sunday, the boots look great, well made and they have the leather heel counter that boots costing a hundred dollars more don't have and they use a plastic counter that breaks and makes the boot unwearable. I had contacted the seller with questions several times and always got back to me by the next day. I ordered a half size up from my dress shoe size and that worked for me.
