    This is a hefty book that is chock full of a cross-section of the best recipes from 45 different countries world-wide covering 6 continents. There are a few color photographs of the various recipes, but mostly the book just has printed recipes. The ingredients are easily obtainable, or substitutable, and the recipes seem easy to follow.
