What a lovely John Whiterock "Mother". It is exactly the colors I love in his mother figures and looks terrific in our home. The seller did a careful wrapping of this delicate item to ensure it arrived safely. The way this was packaged was pretty risky, seller is just lucky it did not break, for something I paid so much for would have expected much better packaging. Communication was non existent. I messaged seller early on and did not even get a reply. This just happens to be an item I have wanted for years. Was over charged for shipping as well. I am not going to leave negative but it's borderline for such a pricey item.

I am sorry I missed a message from you…..as for packing…sorry about that also…I insured for the total amount in the event there was a mishap…..I am new to this ( not an excuse) and am learning as I go….how much shipping do you feel you were overcharged? I went by what EBay told me…would be happy to refund amount you think was excessive…..I hope all my customers are happy and do not feel that I charged them incorrectly…..I do not want a misunderstanding to diminish your enjoyment of your item.
