    Seller refunded entire cost quickly, however no communication as to why, I do not know if seller could not find book or if seller was irritated at me for stating that I could not ask for a combined invoice and had to pay 2 ship fees, I'll give a positive because of the quick refund and 5 stars on everything except 3 stars on communication. I left seller 5 stars on the other card as it arrived fast, packed well and without a hitch.
