    Easy To Set Up And Use

    This telephone is more like the simple old style phones that actually worked well. It is easy to set up and use. Plug it in to a phone jack or hang it on a wall phone jack/plate and you are ready to talk. There are no batteries to install or digital screens to navigate. It has the volume control and other features that make it better for old ears like mine. The only negative I have found is that it will sometimes squeal with feed-back if the listen volume is turned up to much.

    Would Not Recommend

    You can’t raise the volume of the ringer...at least on the phone I received...and when you try to raise the volume, of the spoken voice, there is echoing to be heard, as well.

    A little complicated to adjust volume to my hearing aid, but once there, I can hear OK. Have a very bad hearing loss!

    You have to push/activate the increased volume each call, So for my mother, very vision impaired, and hearing impaired, it's too difficult. Maybe ok for some, but we'll keep looking for a phone that is easier to use
