It wasn't insulated with impact-resistant materials. This is visible in the photo, as is the loss of the DVD door. It's a shame, because the device was new and in good condition when I bought it for $32, and my courier charged me $70 to ship it to my country. In conclusion, I lost over $100. I can't return it because of the high courier costs.
