There was one thing that needed improvement and that was the seller wouldn’t respond to an offer I sent him. I would have liked a yes, no or counter offer as I thought that wasn’t very professional, or very nice as to not respond to an offer and totally ignore it. Communication in either of those responses would have been appreciated and therefore given a 5 star review. Sale was good but could have been better if more responsive.
