    Sidney Poitier, one of the last men who had true class.

    This is going to be a Christmas gift for my sister so didn’t read it. But love Sidney Poitier so know it will be an interesting book.

    Truly compelling

    Having read Sidney Poitier's autobiography about his life in Hollywood, I thought I knew the man. I did not, THIS is Mr. Poitier. I have always admired him for his acting, his humanity and his spirit, but I never knew until now what made him tick. Every person, white or black, should read this book. Although this book was written years ago, I am catching up on reading printed books which I find at Ebay for practically nothing. Ever since I was a child growing up in the 60's, I have been an avid reader. Computers, E books, online games and such all pale when compared to reading a real book, on printed paper. You have no distractions, no pop up messages to update and no augmented creativity, your mind is fully engaged.
