This item was listed as accepting returns. When I tried to return it using the shipping label provided by e-bay, the item came back to me.
I contacted the seller twice and received no response.
Bad experience for $65.69.
I don't even know if the item is genuine. It's a Sunbeam electric blanket and the label says made in China. I never tried it since it was supposed to be a gift.
