Beautiful doll, seller was great with communication. The packaging was a little lacking, as the doll arrived with a broken left arm, in a beat up package. It could be the USPS or lack of bubble wrap, but a bit better insulated package could have helped. Beautiful doll and we can fix it. Thank you!
