Item was new in original packaging, however missing mounting parts. This made it un-mountable. Reached out to seller and had 0 responses despite excellent communication pre-purchase. Overall exactly what I was looking for, but cant use without all hardware.
Had to source new parts at a considerable cost that should not have been necessary. Could still use those parts but no communication or explanation from seller.
