    Wonderful, fun, easy to use oil pastels + easy on your budget!

    As someone who loves to do art with oil pastels, I highly recommend these Portfolio water soluble oil pastels! In my opinion, they have a high quality smooth texture and are easy to blend with only a finger because they are a soft and smooth texture as opposed to the harder, cheap, crumbly ones in many children's so-called art sets. These have nice tapered ends that make them great for getting into spaces that are harder for the ones with just a blunt end. The wonderful thing about these is how very affordable they are. For the ease of use quality they provide, the great pigment, and the fact that they blend so well with just water, makes them a perfect choice for tweens and adults alike. If you enjoy oil pastels , you can't go wrong with the Portfolio brand!
