Item was as described. Great value. Shipping cost was very reasonable. Arrived within the week. Unfortunately UPS decided to divide the shaft into three pieces. I received to club on Thursday and contacted Impacting The Game at that time. By Friday noon, they had offered me a very fair solution. I am very impressed by their customer service. I love this club! Very reasonable price from Seller. Club arrived quickly, packaged well. There was a slight problem with the ferrule, causing a small gap. Seller quickly agreed I could send club back, or get it repaired locally and they would comp me. I chose that path, easily fixed at local store, and everything is great.
