- d***4 (200)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThey just wouldn't admit I got a defective unit and blamed me for everything and made me feel ignorant. I love their subs but the amp has poor quality dirty inconsistent power even if it would have worked. It literally never powered up out of the box. I had an amp before that worked, but went into protection at a certain level because of a faulty signal connector that adapted from speaker wire to rcas. They tried to help, but at the same time were condescending. Factory alternator with 1 AGM under the hood and 1 lead acid battery in the trunk, is not sufficient electrical to run 5000watts. So, when we try to inform you, that you need better electrical, and you tell us your subwoofers burned the amp up; yes, we are hesitant to just send you a new amp. A new amp in same scenario, also would have been damaged. Therefor we would have been going in circles
