License plate frame arrived broken due to poor packaging. Sent pics to seller and he said he would refund. Seller never refunded but lied to my face that he did. No refund showing up on ebay, paypal or my CC. Checked his feedback and evidently this is just basic operating procedure for this seller. He won't refund but he will lie about it. STAY AWAY!

Wrote seller about not receiving replacement with no reply. Seller very attentive in the pre-sale but post-sale is not interested in buyers' satisfaction. Never sent until 2 weeks after label was made. So ordered a cheaper one from a better seller 2 weeks after ordering the first one, both came in the mail at the same time... GO FIGURE! Plus my plate is missing the words "fox body". Will use other one, toss this one in the garbage..... A little communication would have been nice....
