    NEW YORK CITY REBOUNDS AFTER 9/11

    When Al Quaeda got lucky and brought crashed into and subsequently brought down THE TWIN TOWERS on 9/11 resulting in the murder of THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT HUMAN BEINGS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD WHO WERE SIMPLY AT THEIR EVERYDAY JOBS TRYING TO DO EARN SALARY TO CARE FOR THEIR FAMILIES; New York and the entire USA was in shock. Shortly after the above plus other horrific events in other parts of the US on 9/11/01, the NY YANKEES made it into the world series of baseball playing against the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS. THE WORLD SERIES OF OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2001 documented beautifully in this feature is poignant, dramatic, magical, and a victory for ALL AMERICANS WHO WILL NEVER, EVER BE VICTIMS.

    A Must See

    This is a documentary that should not be missed. It is much more than the 9/11 tragedy and baseball that year. It goes much deeper and brings back a lot of what this country was feeling at that time. There is a lot of extra footage and interviews with people that were not part of the stock footage at that time. Being a baseball fan is certainly not required for this to be appreciated. It does show us all that even the famous are real people too. Watching this documentary ought to be required viewing for people who want to become American citizens. Nine Innings from Ground Zero shows us what being an American is all about and why our freedom will always prevail.
