    Tai Chi Fit : Over 50 is a fantastic way to start learning tai chi. The lesson is easy to follow and fun! It may not seem like it from the start, but it’s a great workout for an easy day of exercise.

    Great at any age!

    David-Dorian Ross has a unique talent for instructing. I've never seen a video of his I didn't like, but this one, perhaps because it is aimed at the 50+ crowd, is uniquely easy to follow along with. Tai Chi can get complicated, but the movements in this video are simple, yet affective. I highly recommend this one, not just for seniors, but for anyone just starting out.

    Much better and easier to follow than previous tai chi DVD that almost put me to sleep. This is just right for a beginner so I'm not tempted to skip days. I like it a lot!
