        Tech support was good, but RAM might be used

        Very good performace/value/shipping, Speeds up my windows 10 laptop very nicely, now it can handle multiple web pages with ease. It did not come in any package though, simply in buble wrap, so I don't know if it was new or used.

        can't seem to get 8 gigs going

        I hope I am at fault but my Win 7 64 bit Pro was clipping along sort of ok but I need fast...I use my laptop for audio video work & it almost slower now than with 3 gig - I removed the one gig & replaced it with this 8 gig for a total of ten- where is my increase - if I have failed to install correctly I will recant my issues with full apology ~

        Worked well with existing 8GB stick of memory. Now I have 16GB!

        It was a perfect fit for me, and I used it in the open slot to ADD to the 8GB I already had. No need to buy a matched pair this memory plays well with my current stick. Worked the first time!
