Extremely slow shipping, what they told me is they’ll wait a week to process an order from eBay. Shipping advertised as Jun 29th latest delivery, ordered on 22nd. Didn’t even ship until Jul 5, and customer service wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable at all regarding the status of orders. Shipping advertised as overnight but delivery says Jul 12. Actually an hour ago it changed to July 13. Wonder how many more times it will get pushed back. I’m assuming the product is great tho cuz the wait

Hello yes your unit did take a while to complete but do understand we rely on cores to be able to offer replacement pumps. At the time when you ordered we were in a backlog. I think we were pretty fair in communicating this to you throughout the process. Also the Ebay shipping service is really an error, you cannot get overnight shipping for this large product for $25 dollars it is normally $150 to overnight.
