    Love to rumble

    The rumble pack is a great addition to your Nintendo 64. If you want a more heavier rumble feature I would suggest buying a force Pak+ instead.

    Jap version of N64 Rumble Pak

    The Japan Version of the Nintendo 64 Rumble Pak NUS-013 works perfectly with my USA N64. No issues at all. Even though the box clearly says (FOR SALE AND USE IN JAPAN ONLY AND COMMERCIAL RENTAL PROHIBITED) worked just fine and I would Highly recommend them over the more costly USA version.

    The original Rumble Pak, designed for the Nintendo 64 controller, was released in April 1997 in Japan, July 1997 in North America, and October 1997 in Europe. It requires two AAA batteries and is inserted into the controller's memory cartridge slot, which prevents simultaneous use of the Controller Pak.
