I’ve purchased this product over a week ago. When I’ve received it it was in a terrible condition. As it can be seen from the pictures, the item was used a lot. However, on the internet description it says that it’s new. So, this is to say that I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I’ve been lied! The next step is a total reimbursement.

This 0 feedback buyer tsvetoc0 ordered this item on Mar 22 used it for more than a week. Then on apr 3rd tries to falsely claim that it was used and demanding a refund. We accepted his return, offer him a pre paid return label. Even offered to send him a brand new replacement. Yet this buyer refused. Sometimes you wonder if these 0 feedback buyers are real customers or just seller competition in disguise trying to mess up your account.
