Contacted seller before purchasing item to verify that it was the item that I wanted and the item that was displayed in the listings picture. Seller verified this, waited weeks for the item, item arrived and it wasn't the correct item. Seller tried to tell me that it was a warehouse issue. Waited for the seller to send me the correct item, they stated that the warehouse had not gotten back to them yet, they process the refund and just sent me a link to another seller. Not impressed... F grade.

There was a nefarious actor who swapped out the item in transit. We contacted the warehouse and they said that the correct version was sent. We contacted the carrier and they said the package was not swapped out by them. We offer this buyer a pre paid return label and offered a full refund. This buyer refused and used feedback to threaten us to send him a new one, even though the original wasn't returned yet. It really make you wonder who really swapped out the item?
