Seller did not create shipping label until I reminded them that the item was paid for. After label was created (and after my initial communication) it still took seller several days to deliver to USPS. In total, I did not receive item until over 2 weeks after paying for it. Item was not as described, sold as a "fast charger" which it is not and sold as "New" which it was has been used. Item still works so I will kept it.
